Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accountant and Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Rzeszow, Poland. This dual-role position combines accounting expertise with administrative skills to support our operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations while maintaining smooth office operations.



Job Position: Accountant and Administrative Coordinator

Location: Rzeszow, Poland

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)



Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations.
  2. Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  4. Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  5. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  6. Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  2. Handle digital correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
  3. Maintain and organize company records, both physical and digital.
  4. Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  5. Attend on-site meetings or tasks as required.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Certified Public Accountant License.
  3. Driving License.
  4. Strong understanding of Polish financial regulations and VAT compliance.
  5. Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  6. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
  7. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  8. Strong communication skills in English.
  9. Ability to work independently in an office environment and manage on-site responsibilities.
