Accountant/Accounting Specialist

For our client, big, multinational manufacturing company, we are currently looking for an Accountant/Accounting Specialist.

• The person in this position will be responsible for facilitating communication between the accounting office and the company’s foreign headquarters.
• Accurately process financial transactions and ensure all entries are recorded in the system
• Enter invoices into the system and ensure timely and accurate processing
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to financial transactions
• Handle administrative tasks, including liaising with insurance companies and contacting suppliers to ensure smooth operations

• Experience in managing full accounting (preferred experience in working at an accounting office or consulting organisation)
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus
