Our client is a small but international company with operations abroad. We are looking for a motivated individual to join their accounting team — someone eager to grow professionally and gain experience in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting full accounting processes for the Polish entity in compliance with local regulations.
• Participating in intercompany settlements – including balance reconciliation and documentation collection.
• Assisting in the financial and accounting document workflow.
• Collaborating with an external accounting firm in preparing tax returns (VAT, CIT).
• Supporting the preparation of financial reporting data.
• Assisting in the preparation of data for budgets and financial analysis.
• Opportunity to participate in optimization projects (e.g. improving document workflow, cost control).

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and develop.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) for communication in an international environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
