Your responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments).
  • Maintain General Ledger accounts and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes within deadlines.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in statutory reporting and external audit preparation for multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the company.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external colleagues, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger, as well as local finance managers (across multiple countries), auditors, tax advisors, procurement, people team and other functions for financial data exchange.

Our requirements

  • Fluency in English for international communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational company or a shared service center.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and international financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with ERP migration.

Optional

  • Hybrid with 1 day per week in the office (Warsaw).
