The position is anchored in Szczecin, Poland.

Your main tasks

• Supporting both Danish and Polish sites within Accounts Payables area incl. invoices processing, reconciliation of AP accounts, vendor communication, accruals
• Reviewing and processing of employee travel expense reports and company cards expenses
• Maintaining fixed assets register; supporting the full lifecycle of fixed assets including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation and disposal
• Preparation of basic financial reports to support various departments within the company
• Support during month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaboration with team members on ad hoc projects

Your profile

• University degree in finance, accounting or relevant field (BSc minimum)
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role or similar position
• Understanding of accounting principles
• English language skills at a level sufficient to communicate freely with the Danish team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP will be a big plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
