Wall Street English is looking for a Sales Manager to join us in our new centre in Warsaw, Poland.
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the centres business, operational and service success. You will lead and manage a multi‑cultural Sales and Service (didactic) team effectively towards meeting and exceeding prescribed sales, operational and quality goals.
What you will be doing
You will serve as the Sales Team Leader, providing day‑to‑day mentoring and oversight to the Sales Representatives. The key focus lies in managing the continuation of our expansion in terms of the number of students, as well as enhancing our brand and its level of excellence within the local and national English language teaching market.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets set by the Owner, setting an example through direct involvement in selling.
- Actively engage in sales activities to demonstrate best practices and inspire the team.
- Drive initiatives to increase student enrollment and Wall Street English’s market share.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales performance and align with organisational goals.
Performance and growth
- Monitor and report on all centre KPIs with timely and accurate reports.
- Ensure student satisfaction and learning outcomes exceed expected benchmarks.
Operational excellence
- Manage the centre to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional delivery to students.
- Maintain adherence to Wall Street methodologies and best practices across centres.
- Implement effective meeting and information‑sharing structures.
- Ensure the overall look and feel of the centre is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean.
Team leadership and collaboration
- Work closely with the Service Manager to foster strong synergies between the Service (didactic) Team and the Sales Team.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to implement people development strategies supporting retention and results.
Your profile
- 5+ years in sales with premium B2C products, with at least 2 years in a sales management or sales leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen and proven ability to manage profit and loss.
- Experience managing business performance, including growth and stabilisation.
- Proven success managing multiple locations and cross‑functional teams.
- Track record in team development and scaling operations.
- Ability to take on increasing operational responsibilities as the business grows.
- Experience working in Poland and eligibility to work locally.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
Nice to have
- Experience within a franchise model.
- Knowledge of the education sector.
- Previous experience with Wall Street English.
