What we expect

• Student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Excellent command of French and English (minimum B2 level)
• Previous experience in finance or accounting, especially in Accounts Payable (AP) areais a plus (e.g., an internship)

Your tasks

• Verifying and posting invoices and other Accounts Payable (AP) documents.
• Preparing and analyzing monthly and weekly AP reports.
• Communicating with vendors and responding to phone and email inquiries sent to the AP department.
• Collaborating with other accounting departments.
• Working closely with local teams across the supported company.
