We’re inviting experienced pros at these levels to apply:

  • Account Manager
  • Senior Account Manager

Your main gig will be strategically spotting, building, and growing relationships with new clients. This will open doors for long‑term partnerships for VML Poland and be a key part of our agency’s growth and expansion.

✅ Key Expectations & Responsibilities (depending on your experience):

  • Actively find and qualify new business opportunities that fit with VML Poland’s goals and our ideal client profiles.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision‑makers, truly understanding their main business challenges and marketing ambitions across various channels (like digital and ATL).
  • Do a deep dive into potential clients’ needs and work together to turn these into complete, integrated marketing solutions that leverage everything VML has to offer.
  • Lead and coordinate complex pitch processes – from putting together initial briefs to delivering super compelling presentations, making sure our proposals truly showcase our expertise.
  • Orchestrate our internal, cross‑functional teams (strategy, creative, media, production, data, technology) to craft innovative and effective solutions for prospective clients.
  • Develop persuasive value propositions that clearly explain how VML Poland’s integrated offering can meet client needs and drive measurable business growth.
  • Negotiate and seal new client contracts, always aiming for win‑win partnerships.
  • Contribute to the agency’s overall New Business strategy, keeping an eye on market trends and growth areas.
  • (For Senior Account Managers) Mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing best practices in how to win new clients and manage relationships.
  • (For Senior Account Managers) Take ownership of new business targets and really drive the expansion of VML Poland’s client portfolio.

✅ What you need to bring to the table:

  • Proven professional experience in a marketing/advertising agency, matching the position you’re applying for (from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager), with documented successes in client service and/or New Business.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2, C1 preferred) – this is super important for smooth communication within VML’s international environment and with global clients.
  • Proactivity, independence, and a results‑driven attitude – we’re looking for initiative, the ability to work without constant hand‑holding, and a strong motivation to hit specific business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – a high ability to clearly explain complex ideas and build conviction across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and a strong team‑player mindset – essential for coordinating internal teams and building synergy in our international environment.
  • Strategic thinking – the skill to spot and tackle key client business challenges.
  • Market understanding – knowledge of trends, tools, and dynamics of the marketing industry, backed by practical experience.
  • Native‑level proficiency in Polish – absolutely essential for effective communication with local clients and internal teams.
