Job Description Summary: As an Account Manager (Przedstawiciel Medyczny), you will join our team and play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals across the Śląskie region. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our portfolio of injection and infusion therapy products, regional anesthesia solutions, and closed medication management systems. Working closely with healthcare professionals, you will deliver value-driven solutions that enhance patient care.

About The Role

Our Warsaw Office is looking for an Account Manager (Przedstawiciel Medyczny). As Account Manager you will promote and sale Becton Dickinson - Medication Delivery Solutions products in śląskie voivodship.

The Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia and closed medication management.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Promotion of selected products from MDS portfolio in accordance with applicable sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop strategies to grow business with long-term relationship
  • Continuous analysis current and historical sales activities in hospitals located in dedicated geographical area
  • Promotion and delivery of effective and efficient orientated product training
  • Building business relationships within hospital accounts to maximize sales by creating and developing “Best Practice” procedures related to Added Value products on dedicated area
  • Manage in-service process as part of conversion process on dedicated area
  • Attend meetings, conferences, trainings and exhibitions to promote both BD company image and MDS products
  • Establishing relationships and communicating with Key Clinicians and Opinion Leaders to maintain awareness of ‘Best Practice’, trends and procedures that are related to Added Value products

About You

  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
  • Understanding of the Health Care Industry, key drivers and influencers, in order to establish effective account objectives
  • Basic tendering process knowledge on the hospital level
  • English – minimum intermediate level, Polish fluent
  • Communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • PC Skills – use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with using Salesforce - is a plus
  • Active driving license
  • Able to travel for business

Benefits & Workplace

About The Role (continued): We require on-site collaboration for most roles, typically a minimum of 4 days in the office per week, with flexibility depending on role and posting. Remote or field-based positions will have workplace arrangements indicated in the job posting.

Salary Range Information: zł154,900.00 - zł236,200.00 PLN Annual. Salaries are determined by experience, education, and skills, as well as location and applicable laws.
