Job Description Summary

As an Account Manager (Przedstawiciel Medyczny), you will join our team and play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals across the Podlaskie and Warmińsko‑Mazurskie region. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our portfolio of injection and infusion therapy products, regional anesthesia solutions, and closed medication management systems. Working closely with healthcare professionals, you will deliver value‑driven solutions that enhance patient care.

About the role

Our Warsaw Office is looking for an Account Manager (Przedstawiciel Medyczny). As Account Manager you will promote and sell Becton Dickinson – Medication Delivery Solutions products in Podlaskie and Warmińsko‑Mazurskie Voivodship.

The Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provides a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia, and closed medication management.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Promotion of selected products from the MDS portfolio in accordance with applicable sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop strategies to grow business with long‑term relationships
  • Continuous analysis of current and historical sales activities in hospitals located in the dedicated geographical area
  • Promotion and delivery of effective and efficient product training
  • Building business relationships within hospital accounts to maximize sales by creating and developing “Best Practice” procedures related to Added Value products in the dedicated area
  • Manage the in‑service process as part of conversion process in the dedicated area
  • Attend meetings, conferences, trainings and exhibitions to promote both BD company image and MDS products
  • Establishing relationships and communicating with Key Clinicians and Opinion Leaders to maintain awareness of “Best Practice”, trends and procedures related to Added Value products

About you

  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
  • Understanding of the Health Care Industry, key drivers and influencers, to establish effective account objectives
  • Basic tendering process knowledge at the hospital level
  • English – minimum intermediate level, Polish fluent
  • Communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • PC skills – use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce – a plus
  • Active driving license
  • Able to travel for business
  • Preferred place of residence – Białystok or Olsztyn
