Job Description Summary

Strong command of SFDC CRM is a core requirement at BD. Sales professionals don’t just use SFDC—they master it. At BD, if it’s not in SFDC, it doesn’t exist. We expect every sales associate to use SFDC daily and offer world‑class support and training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Regions: Lower Silesia, West Pomerania, Greater Poland, Lubusz.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key hospital accounts in the vascular segment.
  • Drive sales of vascular products, catheters, and access systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support product adoption and training.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding product availability, expirations, and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in vascular or interventional therapies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Medical or life sciences background is a plus.
