Job Description Summary

Strong mastery of SFDC CRM is a core requirement – if it’s not in SFDC, it doesn’t exist. We expect every sales associate to use SFDC daily and to offer world‑class support and training to help you succeed.

Main Responsibilities

• Regions: Lower Silesia, West Pomerania, Greater Poland, Lubusz.
• Manage and grow relationships with key hospital accounts in the vascular segment.
• Drive sales of vascular products, catheters, and access systems.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support product adoption and training.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely communication regarding product availability, expirations, and logistics.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in vascular or interventional therapies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Medical or life sciences background is a plus.

Salary Range

PLN 154,900.00 – PLN 263,300.00 per annum
