Purpose
The Account Manager’s mission is to promote products by attracting new customers and expanding products and services to existing customers, supporting the business with distribution partners. The Account Manager will cover the region of Małopolskie, Śląskie, Podlaskie, Świętokrzyskie.
Activities & Responsibilities
- Designs and implements sales strategies to grow new and existing business
- Works according to the Challenger process / profile
- Researches prospective customers and identifies the right customer stakeholders to be involved in the purchasing process in collaboration with the distribution partner.
- Develops a business plan to achieve goals and derives individual goals in collaboration with the distribution partner.
- Supports public tenders in collaboration with the distribution partner.
- Participates in the introduction of new products and solutions
- Supports to implement the marketing strategy in the region
- Provides correct and up to date sales forecasts
- Keeps relevant systems like CRM correct and up to date
- Actively makes improvement suggestions to Product divisions
- Obtains information about competing products
- Organises symposia, conferences and regional exhibitions to promote products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business and/or healthcare
- Able to quickly build relationships with key people internally and externally
- Solid industry experience and knowledge of hospital decision-making processes
- Understands tender processes and able to adjust strategy accordingly
- Strong drive for results – motivated by high rewards
- Well organised and structured
- Able to work in a demanding environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in English and Polish language
