Account Manager (IT Services)

Your responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Business Growth – Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure our services are delivered on time, with purpose, and in line with client expectations
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess their needs and gather feedback
  • Develop, implement, and report on account plans and revenue achievements

Division of working time

  • 80% Client Relationship Management
  • 20% Business Growth

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in IT Services/IT project outsourcing
  • Experience in the banking, or insurance sectors (preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
