Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Polish sales team and are seeking a driven sales professional with proven experience of managing a portfolio of accounts on the Polish and CEE markets, in the IT industry.

responsibilities :
Actively build a pipeline of opportunities based on the assigned customer portfolio of SMB’s and technology companies
Implement a sales strategy for a portfolio of middle-market customers considering their needs and expectations
Identify and maximize new business opportunities with our clients, help them grow their businesses with the help of our services
Supporting digital transformation of assigned clients, helping them implement Public Cloud, PaaS and AI projects
Carry out activities leading to cross-selling and up-selling
Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with companies from portfolio
Work closely with other Team members and stakeholders (Business Development Managers, Pre-Sales and Marketing)
Forecast sales turnover and establish financial projections based on the identified business potential
Report activities and progress in the CRM system
Constantly develop new skills

Who are we looking for a person that:
Has at least 3 years of similar experience, preferably in the IT industry
Speaks Polish and English fluently (C1 level)
Is a strong individual contributor and a team player
Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge about new technologies (AI, PaaS, Public Cloud) will be a plus
