About Our Client:

Our client is a leading crypto processing company that works with businesses, particularly those in high-risk industries such as gambling. They provide secure and efficient crypto payment solutions, helping businesses reduce transaction costs and access global markets. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support while fostering strong, long-term relationships.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients in high-risk industries, such as gambling, ensuring strong relationships and smooth communication.
  2. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction, particularly for businesses relying on secure crypto payment solutions.
  3. Oversee client interactions post-sales, manage contracts, create and manage chats, and guide the entire integration process for crypto payment systems.
  4. Proactively monitor client statuses, including conversion rates and transaction turnovers, ensuring clients effectively leverage crypto solutions to reduce costs and expand into global markets.
  5. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies, specifically in high-risk sectors.
  6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, notify them of updates, and prepare pricing proposals tailored to the needs of high-risk businesses.
  7. Take initiative in operational tasks, analyze market trends within crypto and high-risk industries, and prepare strategic recommendations to formulate winning proposals.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and support for crypto processing solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. 2+ years in payment industry.
  2. Experience in client/partner management and operational support.
  3. Structured, intelligent, responsible, proactive, and capable of handling operational tasks.
  4. Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and desire to continuously develop in Fintech.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (we cooperate with Russian-speaking and English-speaking clients).
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
