Purpose of position
As an Account Manager, you will join the dynamic team at Awin. The Warsaw office operates mainly in the Polish market and collaborates with clients across Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Tasks
- Manage affiliate programs in the Polish and CEE markets, coordinating with other Awin departments.
- Deepen knowledge of industry trends and Awin products by conducting training sessions, meetings, and supporting clients to meet agreed service levels.
- Recruit new publishers and develop cooperation with current partners, increasing collaboration intensity within managed programs.
- Analyze activities and projects by creating reports and analyses for assigned clients and participating in internal projects using Asana, Tableau, Power BI, and SimilarWeb.
- Take a proactive approach to customer service by identifying problems, new opportunities, and preparing recommendations and solutions with the help of other Awin teams.
- Build relationships by participating in client events, networking meetings, and training workshops.
Skills & Expertise
- Good knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written (work in an international environment). Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing from another affiliate network, e-commerce, publisher, or media house.
- Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions, and various affiliate channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a flexible manner.
- Commitment to program development and providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Quick learner with strong team orientation and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and a willingness to learn new technology systems.
