Account Manager (Enterprise)

Your responsibilities

  • Process Diagnostics: Conducting in-depth analysis of B2B clients operational and sales workflows to identify optimization opportunities and design bespoke digital solutions.
  • Strategic Advisory: Developing comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps that integrate AI-driven products and cloud-based tools into a long-term value proposition.
  • Innovation Integration: Actively scouting and adapting technological innovations (such as AI) to enhance client efficiency and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Owning the end-to-end sales process—from identifying new channels and qualifying outbound leads to leading complex negotiations and closing deals.
  • Client Partnership: Building and nurturing high-trust relationships with prospective partners, serving as a dedicated guide through their digitalization journey.
  • Revenue Growth: Driving business growth through proactive cross-selling and up-selling of portfolio services, while consistently meeting measurable KPIs.
  • Partner Ecosystem Management: Maintaining active, high-level contact with technology partners to stay ahead of market trends and portfolio updates.
  • Collaborative Growth: Working closely with Marketing and Technical Support teams to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

Our requirements

  • Analytical Approach: Documented ability to analyze business processes, draw conclusions, and design optimal solutions.
  • B2B Sales/Consulting Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B solution sales, especially in a project or consulting model.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience in selling and/or implementing digital solutions and a deep interest in the application of AI technology in business.
  • Business Development: Proven track record in identifying new sales channels, qualifying opportunities, and achieving measurable sales targets (KPIs).
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage the full sales cycle, including preparing proposals and coordinating projects across Technical, Legal, and Operations departments.
  • Digital Transformation Support: Experience in building relationships with prospective clients and guiding them through digitalization journeys.
  • Technology Adoption: Proactive approach to integrating technological innovations (e.g., AI) and maintaining high data standards within internal systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in maintaining ongoing contact with technology partners and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Support teams.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep focus on understanding and meeting client needs to deliver long-term value.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to establish and maintain trust-based professional connections. Advanced

  • Practical knowledge of tools such as Pipedrive, Zendesk, or similar systems.
  • Experience in conducting workshops for clients.
