Account Manager (E-commerce) – Assembly Digital Commerce (ADC)

Location: Warsaw or Poznań, Poland (hybrid work)

Overview

Assembly Digital Commerce (ADC) is the e-commerce division of Assembly. We deliver media and digital commerce tools, services and solutions to accelerate brand performance online. Built to transform digital‑first experiences, ADC leverages AI‑driven data and technology across commerce and media to fuel growth and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Be a client-facing go-to person, ensuring overall satisfaction and strong relationships.
  • Establish and maintain collaboration and partnership with clients.
  • Proactively identify and execute business opportunities across accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce/digital projects, ensuring effective communication.
  • Plan budgets, oversee sales planning, and report on planned sales performance.
  • Prepare cost estimations, manage budgets, project teams, and timelines.
  • Maintain fiscal discipline for projects.
  • Coordinate with other agency departments (Design, Strategy, Creative, Administration, Finance, HR) to resolve challenges.
  • Lead, coach, and enhance the project management and client service capabilities of your team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in client service, preferably in an advertising, e-commerce, digital or marketing agency.
  • Strong digital/e-commerce knowledge.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑departmentally and meet delivery dates with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and process creation.
  • Experience preparing briefs, cost estimations, setting timelines, and delivering deadlines.
  • Team leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

  • Background in a digital or e‑commerce agency.
