Responsibilities

  • Becoming a go‑to person for clients on all levels (knowledge expert, business partner, quality keeper), responsible for overall client satisfaction and good relationships.
  • Establish and maintain strong collaboration and partnership with clients.
  • Proactively look for business opportunities across clients—creating ideas, presenting to clients and executing.
  • Independent and seamless e‑Commerce/digital project management and delivery, ensuring efficient project communication.
  • Responsible for budget planning, sales planning and reporting status of planned sales in the team.
  • Prepare cost estimations, manage budget, project teams and timelines.
  • Maintain fiscal discipline of projects.
  • Cooperate with other departments in the agency to ensure all team and project challenges (Design, Strategy, Creative, Administration, Finance, HR) are addressed.
  • Manage and supervise one’s own team, working on improving their project management and client service skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client service, preferably in advertising agency (E‑commerce, digital, marketing).
  • Digital/E‑commerce knowledge.
  • Ability to cooperate with other company departments (design/strategy) and operate on agreed delivery dates with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to create processes.
  • Working knowledge of preparing briefs, cost estimations, setting up a project timeline, trafficking people and delivering deadlines.
  • Experience running a team independently is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
