Account Manager Pharma – Shape the Future of Sustainable Packaging! (Remote from Poland)

Your Responsibilities

• Build and expand customer relationships in the pharmaceutical industry (CEE region, mainly Slovakia, Czech Republic and Baltic region).
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Advise on sustainable packaging solutions and technical requirements.
• Independently manage projects and pipelines using CRM tools.
• Participate in international meetings and trade fairs.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in sales of complex products (Pharma, Medical Device, or Packaging).
• Technical understanding (polymers, extrusion, lamination).
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a “hunter mentality.”
• Fluent English skills are required + CEE languages preferred.
• Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for international collaboration.
