Your Mission

Reporting to the Sales Director, youwill be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customerswhile acquiring new accounts.
• Achieving sales and margin targets within yourassigned territory.
• Identifying customer needs and proposing suitablesolutions in coordination with internal teams.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-termrelationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners, integrators,suppliers).
• Analyzing market potential and developingappropriate commercial action plans.
• Leading commercial negotiations in line withcompany policies.
• Ensuring rigorous follow-up of the sales pipelineand customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in sellingsolutions, products, or services in a B2B / industrial / technologicalenvironment.
• Strong results orientation and proven ability tobuild trusted customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish is a must, any otherCentral European Language is a clear plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly (approximately50% of the time).
