Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Experienced People Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing Clarks wholesale accounts, both key-accounts and independent stores, within Central Eastern Europe territory, including countries like Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria (and many more) plus Turkey.
- Drive and grow account business & relationships in Central Eastern Europe through identifying opportunities in line with overall sales strategy, planning and execution.
- Create and onboard new accounts within the territory.
- Performance against commercial targets and KPIs, including margins and profitability.
- Managing Clarks showroom in Warsaw - Poland, to deliver best in class selling journey.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Central Eastern Europemarket: retailers, footwear, apparel, fashion brands & product with a network of established relationships
- Demonstrated experience of growing, developing & transforming accounts relationships & business through appropriate distribution channels & segmentation
- Solid experience in negotiating commercial contracts and terms and problem solving
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload with flexibility and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Polish & English written and spoken
