Account Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Own the Proposal Phase:
  • Understand the clients business challenge
  • Define a high level solution mapping to the problem
  • Validate and challenge estimations
  • Build (or help build) a proposal that’s both competitive and realistic
  • Know when to walk away from a lead that won’t fly
  • Monitor Project Delivery & Adapt to Change:
  • Make sure key roles (Engineering Manager, Solution Architect) are involved at the right time
  • Always be able to summarize what is being delivered and why
  • Make sure the project stays on track from a business perspective - not just technically
  • If the client’s needs shift, be ready to re-structure the contract accordingly
  • Always prioritize client success, while protecting CodiLime’s interests

Our requirements

  • At least 4 years experience in B2B sales in IT services (client-facing roles, such as project/product management, consulting, or sales engineering)
  • Responsible as a Contact Owner for projects with at least $1M revenue annually
  • Strong understanding of both technical and business drivers in software services
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you know how to work a room, even remotely
  • Strategic mindset around customer success and value generation
  • Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and pivot when needed
  • Experience in working with Hubspot or a similar CRM system

Optional

  • Experience in working with the US-based clients
  • Experience in the IT Networking industry will be an advantage

To make that happen, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and take charge of client success from the earliest stage of the sales cycle, all the way through project delivery.

Your role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind project alignment and client satisfaction. You’ll step in early - during the sales process - to help shape winning proposals, and stay involved through delivery to ensure both our clients and CodiLime come out on top.

Your main activity will be to ensure Commercial Success as a Contract Owner. Youll work closely with Engineers, Solution Architects, and Engineering Managers, but you will be the one making sure everything adds up - technically, commercially, and strategically.
