About the Role
- We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our expanding UCC team at Becton Dickinson (BD). In this dynamic role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities across your assigned territory. The focus will be on medical devices designed for Anesthesiologists, Urologists, Endourologists, Nephrologists, and Home Care Specialists.
- Location: Central Poland, Northeastern and South Poland region.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote and sell highly specialized products for TTM, Endourology, Critical Care and Home Care within the hospital market in your assigned territory.
- Drive sales by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your designated territory.
- Provide exceptional service to both new and existing customers, offering expert guidance on product usage and applications.
- Deliver impactful product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches and participate in relevant conventions.
- Represent the company at congresses and scientific conferences.
- Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to ensure strategic projects and market development.
- Lead or coordinate a small distributor team if necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving goals.
- Familiarity with tender processes and ability to support successful outcomes.
- Medical terminology knowledge and passion for the healthcare industry, particularly endourology, surgery and ICU settings (preferred).
- Experience working with endourological, surgery, ICU equipment and procedures (highly preferred).
- Experience working with public hospitals, private customers (highly preferred).
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel.

Salary Range
zł154,900.00 - zł236,200.00 PLN Annual
