We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in Poland. The Account Managers role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Accountabilities: 

  • Represent Cytiva and function as a primary customer point of contact in all allocated accounts and in the territory for Biopharma customer segments. 

  • Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account. 

  • Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop, and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers expectations.  

  • Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitating tender responses to customers from the account, in conjunction with product sales specialists as needed.

  • Accountable for overall account success, and growth, leveraging Cytiva customer account team.  

  • Accountable to drive overall design-in account strategies, aligned with Sales Specialists on technical Design in projects.  

   

Skills: 

  • Sales techniques include cross selling, upselling, value positions and funnel management. 

  • Business market knowledge. 

  • Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelors Degree in life sciences or relevant field. 

  • 5+ years commercial experience, preferably in the Biotechnology industry. 

Systems and Tools:  QlikSense or Sales Force
