Adtraction Poland is scaling up. We are transitioning from a challenger to a main player in the industry, and we need a driven Account Manager to take ownership of a growing client portfolio and help them succeed.
About The Role
This is a strategic growth role, not just administrative support. You will join a team that combines commercial drive with genuine collaboration. As part of the Polish team, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of brands, acting as their primary strategist for partner marketing.
Your core responsibilities:
- Portfolio management: Take full ownership of a set of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Strategic growth: Create and execute marketing plans to help your brands grow their revenue.
- Partnership development: Proactively open new partnerships and recruit creators/publishers for your clients.
- Commercial focus: Identify opportunities to introduce new features or strategies to existing clients to drive value.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2-5 years in Digital Marketing, Account Management, Business Development, or Sales.
- Language: Professional fluency in Polish and English (essential for our international collaboration).
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing, Partner Marketing, or agency experience is highly valued.
- Tech savvy: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a strong plus.
- Mindset: You are proactive, organized, and eager to learn. You don’t wait for instructions; you look for solutions.

- Transparent Compensation: 7,000 - 10,500 PLN Gross monthly (depending on experience).
