Our client, a leading global energy analytics company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their newly established office in Warsaw. In this role, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, driving sales and managing accounts for energy market subscription and software services, with a particular focus on clients across Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong commercial mindset and passion for the energy transition to help expand a world-class business in Central Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and map accounts strategically to identify future opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple touchpoints, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive growth within existing accounts by cross‑selling and up‑selling the company’s full portfolio of services and products.
- Lead sales demonstrations and complex negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Manage and track account plans using Salesforce CRM, reporting on opportunities and progress.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery of services such as workshops and group meetings.
- Support invoicing and contract processes to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction.
What we need from you
- Strong commercial experience in account management or sales within a B2B environment, ideally in energy, consulting, or technology.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver client growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building long‑term client relationships.
- Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Willingness to complete an onboarding period (up to 3 months) in Berlin before transitioning to the Warsaw office.
