Job Description:

Job title: Account Manager - Animal Nutrition and Health

Job model: Remote (we are searching for candidates from all over Poland)

As an Account Manager, you will define and execute the sales targets for assigned customer portfolio across Vitamins (premixes) and "Solutions" business lines; define and implement individual customer plans across business lines. You will be responsible for sales excellence, including CRM across the assigned customer portfolio. You will maintain the relationship at the highest level and manage commercial tasks (e.g., contract management, credit limits, payment terms). The jobholder is expected to cooperate closely with the Sales & Marketing team of the country as well as with the local teams to ensure the proper sales process in line with corporate and local requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Defining and executing the sales targets for assigned customer portfolio.
  2. Defining and implementing individual customer plans across business lines.
  3. Implementing sales excellence, including CRM excellence across assigned customer portfolio.
  4. Maintaining the relationship at the highest level.
  5. Managing commercial tasks in the responsible area (e.g., contract management, credit limits, payment terms, commercial offers, quotations).
  6. Closely collaborating with Performance Solutions Sales Managers and Technical Experts.
  7. Regular reporting to direct superior as well as providing plans on a daily/weekly/monthly basis upon request from direct superior.
  8. Managing all accounts on an equal and fair basis according to the size, demands, financial situation, and historical relations with account and according to correspondent policy.

Requirements:

  1. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet environment.
  2. Experience in using SAP system will be an advantage.
  3. English language (min. B2) is a must, other languages are a plus.
  4. Learning agility, commitment, and excellent work organization.
  5. Communication and cooperation skills at a high level.
