Mainly develop Chinese market.

Responsible for internal and external interface at all levels of assigned major accounts. Maintains and develops relationships that result in increased client penetration, profitable business growth, and greater involvement in client’s global product platforms.

Job Duties:

• Develop/strengthen relationship with customer’s strategic procurement group and other functional areas to reach mutually beneficial long term strategies.
• Offer creative use of company capabilities to reach identified strategic objectives.
• Actively participate in implementation of pricing strategies, promotional activities, and direct marketing for the client community.
• Continuously develop major account new product development portfolio, providing Paragon an opportunity to participate in increased ways in client’s new programs.
• Encourage cost improvement opportunities within the division that align with corporate objectives and client demands for cost savings.
• Create, monitor, and report on outstanding quotes and active projects.
• Analyze market and client data to identify new products and services that add value and established clear return on investment to Paragon as well as the client community.
• Lead/Conduct sales reporting activities.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years experience in the healthcare industry. A background in either engineering, operations, or manufacturing strongly desired. An ability to share technical expertise related to the manufacturing process with clients. An ability to comprehend blueprints and their impact on the manufacturing process. Strong technical skills required. Strong project management skills required.
