As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. Your main focus will be on understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at our existing clients
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients
- Developing and implementing account plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conducting regular meetings and check-ins to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Collaborating with our technical and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
- Providing regular reports on account performance and progress towards targets
- Increasing the company’s sales result
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum 5 years overall work proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the IT services industry
- Sales for energy and/or banking and/or insurance sector is mandatory
- Experience in software development or related fields is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
