What will you bring to the role?
Youll come with a solid grasp of work routines and procedures for administering and supporting accounting and financial reporting for employee share plans. Be Highly motivated and can excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team. While specific share plan knowledge will be gained through on-the-job training, a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and other fundamental functional knowledge is highly valued along with a solid understanding of Excel. Youll be adept at working within defined technical and operational procedures, requiring proficient knowledge of their application with attention to detail. You’ll also have strong customer service skills and a talent for building robust working relationships.
Educational Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, industrial economics, or a related field.. Recent graduates with a keen interest in this area are encouraged to apply.
Communication: Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
Beneficial Knowledge: Any existing knowledge of share plans or IFRS 2, IAS 12, IAS 33, IAS 19, and/or related US GAAP standards would be a significant advantage, however, comprehensive training will be provided from start.
