Drive client success and satisfaction by monitoring key metrics and proactively solving their problems.
Ensure the smooth implementation of new services, offering clients the necessary top-level support and training.
Focus on retention and minimizing client churn by ensuring their consistently positive experiences.
Work closely with the Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, and IT Delivery departments to guarantee cohesive and effective client services.
Keep CRM records up to date, tracking interactions and sales activities.
Nasze wymagania
2+ years of experience in B2B sales
Background in IT sales (software & IT services), with a preference for experience in outsourcing
Strong ability to build relationships and identify client needs
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
Fluent in English (B2+); Polish is an asset
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
