What will you do?



The role is sales-focused and target-driven. You will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining an excellent level of customer service to current Polish customers. You will maintain Converge’s market image by adhering to our quality and trade manifest and remain up to date on industry trends, market activities, and the competition.



What Do You Need



An enthusiastic and commercial attitude, a bachelor’s degree and/or successful sales experience in the electronic component sales field, and be a motivated self-starter. You must be very comfortable with growth, change, and have a positive, entrepreneurial attitude towards the future.



To Be Successful In This Role, Furthermore You Need

  1. Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers
  2. Customer-orientation and sympathy
  3. Prospecting and presentation skills
  4. Technical knowledge of the electronic components industry
  5. Energy, creativity, and focus
  6. Fluency in Polish and English
