The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships while driving business expansion. The position requires limited travel to meet clients and support relationship development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Willingness to travel occasionally (once per month)
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Polish/English required
