Job Description:

Support Partner Channel Manager in growth of the print business through proactive collaboration with current customers (partners, dealers) and develop number of partners within the agreed scope of responsibility.

Deliver on targeted budget within scope of responsibilities.

Regular contacts with partners.

Building long-term business growth plans with current partners in print as well as prospects and newly hired ones.

Proactively support partners in any aspect that may create value in collaboration with CPL including special offers, promotions, presentations.

Regularly update the company and direct manager on any market-related developments.

Collaborate openly within the departments and within the organization.

Effective participation in building the companys sales strategy and tactics.

What we ask:

Building strong and long-term relationships with current partners and prospects.

Sales experience in the printing industry required.

Action and result-oriented.

Strong sales drive skills.

Problem solving.

Presentation skills.

Interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of the overall market situation with specific focus on the scope of responsibilities.

You will need:

Very good market knowledge.

English and Polish language on a communication level.
