To realise this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs - at all levels from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal partners and external Telecom partners to craft plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem. Based in Warsaw and reporting to the Country Manager for Poland, this position is responsible for managing and developing Telecom/Carrier business in Poland.
We collaborate to grow the business with Telecom-partners who resell Apple products, driving towards a sales target. We do this by building deep relationships, negotiating programs, and developing capabilities to achieve a great customer experience across all Partner channels with results that benefit Apple and our partners. We develop 360 degree account plans for the short, mid & long term, that both align with our customers’ strategies and expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem within Consumer and B2B channels. We work with stakeholders including C level to drive demand-generation activities, identify new opportunities, coordinate fulfilment logistics, and improve the physical and digital end customer experience. Maintaining a strong relationship with the Telecom-Carrier and developing a focused and productive alliance with Apple. Developing and executing both strategic and tactical plans that will result in the successful achievement of Apple’s sell through targets. Knowing the people around and being open to their feedback. Relating well to all kinds of people – up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organisation. Achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas and being an expert in understanding and driving sales through the channels. Being aware of competitors activities, account history, emerging trends and understanding how to create and capitalise on opportunities. Developing and maintaining an effective planning and strategic partnership with key people at a senior and executive level. Increasing penetration to new and existing carrier point of sale and expand Apples focus across the carrier sales teams. Ensuring conformity with the Apple/Carrier agreements as well as ensuring competitive positioning in all consumer & business offers. Coordinating above the line marketing and BTL activities, ensuring conformity and appropriate use of Apple creative assets provided by Apple Marketing teams.
