Account Executive - SEO AI

Your responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
  • Acquire new B2B clients from the SME sector in Poland (ICP).
  • Leverage warm leads generated by our BDR team (approx. 60% of the pipeline) while actively self-sourcing new opportunities.
  • Conduct effective product demos tailored to client marketing needs.
  • Work with short sales cycles – most deals close within 30-90 days.
  • Use modern sales tools including Pipedrive (CRM), Apollo, Instantly, Albacross, and others.
  • Report activities, maintain sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate with sales management and the product team for continuous optimization of the sales process.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year in tech industry.
  • Experience in outbound sales and cold outreach.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Fluency in Polish and full professional proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead product demos that convert.
  • Independent, results-driven mindset – you can work without micro-management.
  • Goal orientation: initial expectation is 2 deals per month.

Optional

  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or AI tools sales.
  • Familiarity with the Polish SME market and marketing ecosystem.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, or performance marketing processes.
