Role overview:
this Account Executive position is a unique opportunity for recent graduates from reputable universities to kick-start their careers in sales and business development. Based in Berlin, you’ll play a key role in building and managing the client base in Poland, driving the company’s growth in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients remotely, establishing long-term relationships and bringing the company’s vision to life in the Polish market.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop the Polish market: identify and engage with B2B clients needing construction materials.
- Cold calling: dedicate up to 3 hours daily to outbound calls, presenting the platform's unique benefits.
- Educate and onboard clients: guide new customers through the platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build trust: establish and maintain long-term relationships, positioning the company as a reliable partner.
- Hit targets: meet or exceed KPIs, such as deals closed, gross margin value, and daily call activity.
- Collaborate: work closely with the Berlin-based Growth Team, sharing insights and strategies during daily check-ins.
What you bring to the table:
- Education: recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
- Language skills: native-level Polish and fluent English (C1 or higher).
- Experience: first professional experience (a few months) in sales or customer service would be a plus.
- Personal traits: energetic, results-driven, and enthusiastic, with a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Monthly salary: €3,750–€4,166 gross (fixed) + €1,250–€1,666 gross (variable).
- Annual salary: €45,000–€50,000 gross + €15,000–€20,000 gross bonus (based on performance).

Additional details:
- Contract type: initial 1-year limited contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent position.
