Overview
Account Executive - Krakow (Ukrainian speaker) at Booking.com. The role focuses on supporting new and existing accommodation partners, informing and advising them on how to meet visitor demands on the Booking.com website. You will also help build accommodation webpages and train partners on using Booking.com’s extranet and related systems to improve availability and supply.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day proactive communication with partners in your region by telephone, internal messaging, and occasionally in person to help develop the business;
- Build positive relationships with partners to ensure optimal availability and rate structure;
- Discuss opportunities with partners to improve business using Booking.com BV’s internal priority-setting tools;
- Participate in weekly team learning sessions at the office;
- Advise partners regarding their web pages on Booking.com and how to amend data related to supply, availability, specials, and promotions;
- Provide support to properties or Booking.com BV in building or maintaining property information on Booking.com’s website;
- Deliver training by phone to new and/or existing properties on how to use Booking.com’s extranet and rates & availability system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills;
- Proficient English and Ukrainian speaker and writer;
- Affinity or experience in e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;
- Pro-active, responsible, and able to work independently;
- Great teammate, motivated and able to work in e-travel and hospitality.
