Luigi’s Box is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution providing site search and product discovery tools for e-commerce websites. Our analytics , search , product listing , and recommender ensure that e-commerce sites deliver fast, relevant, and personalized results for every query.

Responsibilities
You Will - Run full end-to-end sales cycles including developing account plans within our target market through marketing and BD’s.
- Manage strategic sales opportunities alongside transactional, high-volume ones.
- Consult with clients in defining business objectives, success criteria, and strategy to ensure the customer perception of value that leads ultimately to sales, renewal, and expansion.
- Manage the New Business motion, whether via inbound or outbound activities, as well as events, and partner-led activities to help acquire new logos in the Polish market.
- Be a local subject matter expert for Luigi’s Box and develop in-depth knowledge of product and service offerings.
Qualifications
You Have - 3+ years of full-cycle quota carrying sales experience within the Polish region.
- Experience working with multiple departments to manage customer life cycle from solutions design to integration to account management.
- Experience prospecting and managing a designated territory to maximize revenue growth, while supported by Business Development representative.
- Knowledge and/or experience of MEDDIC or other sales methodologies would be a bonus.
- Fluent Polish and English Speaker.
- Ideally some experience in the e-commerce, martech, and retail sectors.

- Love technology and a solution that has very obvious benefits for a prospect’s customers!
- Have a desire to work for a company on a fast growth path, working within a growing market (Poland is not new for us).
- Understand the importance of partners, tech, and industry, within our ecosystem.
- Understand the nuances of working for an early-stage start-up.
- Be willing to learn from others with varying degrees of experience and tenure.

- Compensation consists of fixed base (60%) and monthly commissions (approx. 40% and more).
Meet your team
You will be part of a business development team led by Mark O’Brien, an experienced e-commerce sales manager based in the UK. The sales team has colleagues in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Austria, covering more markets. You will be also supported by colleagues who help develop the pipeline. Mentoring, peer support, and feedback are part of our culture.
