About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) you will be responsible for the growth of our enterprise accounts in the region, ensuring all key metrics are delivered. You will drive revenue growth, customer success, and long‑term partnerships, and provide direction to the territory team and leadership.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas – build and grow pipeline, forecast accurately, cold‑call, prospect and win new business accounts.
- Own your business – develop leads, close opportunities through qualification, demos, objection handling and negotiation.
- Develop territory strategy and account plans, expand install base, acquire net new customers, and manage demand generation across the territory.
- Be a trusted advisor – build relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, maintain HubSpot accuracy, and create a customer experience process.
- Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and legal to deliver impact for customers and prospects.
- Leverage tools like Highspot, Gong.io, and HubSpot to maximize customer success and provide product feedback.
About you
We want individuals passionate about mobile marketing, who have experience with app publishers and brands, and a track record of closing large multi‑year deals.
- 3+ years in SaaS, mobile marketing or ad‑tech sales.
- Passion for closing deals with a customer‑first focus.
- A systematic sales approach.
- A commitment to being an adviser and business development partner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious, creative, and open‑minded.
- Fluent in English.
