Overview

Assembly Digital Commerce (ADC) is the e‑commerce division of Assembly, delivering media and digital commerce tools, services and solutions to accelerate brand performance online. Responsibilities

  • Ongoing e‑commerce and digital project management from briefing to execution, invoicing, closure and document management
  • Coordinating work of dedicated team members (designers, strategy, creatives, copywriters)
  • Preparing cost estimations, managing budgets, project teams and timelines
  • Managing financial aspects of projects, external subcontractors and company client documentation and assets
  • Maintaining positive relationships and ensuring overall client satisfaction through daily collaboration with clients and internal departments
  • Creating innovative ideas, presenting them to the client and executing them together with the appropriate teams
  • Representing the company and maintaining high standards of cooperation
  • Being the single point of contact for selected clients

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a digital/e‑commerce agency (Client Service/Project Management)
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral)
  • Ability to cooperate with other company departments (design/strategy) and operate on agreed delivery dates with minimum supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to comply with processes and execute project tasks on time
  • Working knowledge of preparing briefs, cost estimations, setting up project timelines, coordinating people and delivering deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Technical curiosity with a thirst for knowledge for online marketing
  • Willingness to learn and develop yourself every day and play in a team
  • Very good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
