Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of e-commerce projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage client assets and documentation.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for selected clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including production, to streamline project execution.
  • Prepare client presentations, schedules, and project summaries.
  • Assist your supervisor with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • English (min. B2);
  • One year in a customer service department in an advertising agency or marketing department is an additional advantage
  • Experience in working with international clients is an additional advantage
  • Project management and communication skills;
  • Excellent time and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow processes;
  • Ability to easily establish contact and build a long-term relationship with the client;
  • Responsibility for assigned tasks;
  • Conscientiousness and commitment to projects;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Ability to easily learn and operate new programs and platforms.
