Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, developing trusted partnerships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Revenue Growth:
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Nubinno’s portfolio, enhancing the value we deliver to existing clients.
New Market Outreach:
Engage with potential clients in pharmaceutical, compliance, and operational technology sectors, articulating our services in ways that resonate with their strategic goals and address industry-specific challenges.
Market Intelligence & Industry Insight:
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to sharpen our market positioning and identify new avenues for business growth.
Channel Utilization:
Work with existing and new channels to increase the pipeline, drive the sales cycles to close.
CRM & Sales Process Management:
Efficiently work with CRM systems to manage leads, contacts, and opportunities according to the established sales process. Collaborate closely with the business development team to streamline and set up effective processes for client engagement.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, with a track record of building and managing a strong sales pipeline. Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Skills:
Exceptional networking, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach. Demonstrated success in building new business and hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge or experience in pharmaceutical compliance, serialization, or operational technology management is highly preferred.
Education:
Know how to read and listen.
Drive:
Self-starter with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities and closing deals.
Valid Travel Documents:
Ability to travel is essential, with expected travel of up to 20% in the first year.
