Account Executive

Your responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing sales strategies
  • Analyzing customer needs and tailoring customized solutions
  • Building compelling value propositions and ROI cases to advance sales
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations to prospects and clients
  • Crafting persuasive business proposals and RFP responses
  • Leading contract negotiations and successfully closing deals
  • Developing a deep understanding of software solutions
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Forecasting sales accurately and contributing to strategic planning

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of successful experience in software or technical sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools like MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Skilled at presenting solutions virtually and in executive boardrooms
  • Solid understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and C-level engagement
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Background in ERP, CRM, Help Desk, or Enterprise Content Management applications is advantageous

Optional

  • Experience with database and web technologies is a plus
