We are looking for a builder who has a proven track record of developing strategic accounts across some of the largest enterprises in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The ideal candidate will have both a business‑savvy and technical background, enabling them to engage an account at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of Amazon Web Services by engaging enterprise accounts and increasing market penetration in CEE.
- Develop and execute a territory coverage plan, identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale technology projects with enterprise customers.
- Engage C‑level executives, IT, and other lines of business, presenting solutions that align with customer challenges and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian and English; Russian is a plus.
- Experience as a quota‑carrying technology field sales individual or business development professional.
- Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long‑term transformational account strategies.
- Experience working with and presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and other lines of business.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale technology projects to enterprise customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cloud solutions.
- Cross‑functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV).
- Strong understanding of AWS and/or cloud technology (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
- A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MBA is a plus.
- Prior sales tech experience of 7‑10 years.
Compensation
The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 17,108 monthly. Amazon’s total compensation package may include additional pay components such as a sign‑on payment, restricted stock units, and sales incentives, depending on skills and requirements.
