Your Role
We are seeking a results-driven Account & Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market, specifically focusing on Poland, the Czech Republic, Eastern Europe and Baltic countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities and develop the partner network within the designated territory.
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing and new key accounts.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and legal compliance.
- Serve as the regional expert, monitor market trends, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Your Profile
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field and have confirmed 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in automation, robotics or related industrial technology sectors.
Fluency Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Polish, Czech and German is a significant advantage for daily client communication.
Technical Skills
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for B2B executives.
- Proficient user of CRM software for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers.
- Technical knowledge of robots or automation systems.
- Proven understanding of the Eastern Europe business environment and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Job Conditions
- Full-time permanent remote position, to be filled as soon as possible.
- Compensation based on profile and experience; commission-based position.
- Requires living in Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Germany) and having a valid work permit.
