Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Consulting and meritorical running of accesibility centric projects
  • Website and eCommerce content audits
  • Formulating recommendation and action plan for accesibility improvements
  • Educating Assembly team and in the field of accesibility



What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital accessibility: knowledge of design standards, as well as experience in testing or auditing for accessibility.
  • Familiarity with standards such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and other regulations and norms related to accessibility.
  • Strong command of the English language (min. C1), fluent Polish
  • Ability to work effectively with UX/UI teams, designers, project managers
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving in accessibility
  • Project management skills, presentation skills
  • Ability to create and implement digital accessibility strategies and prepare compliance reports for products.
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing tools
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) would be a plus
  • Technical communication skills with the development team
  • Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for various teams and stakeholders
