We are pleased to announce that we have launched our latest recruitment campaign for Heston Airlines in their search for A320 Captains.
Heston Airlines is a newly established European carrier, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. A member of the Heston Aviation Group, a consolidated group of companies focused on aviation assets leasing, trading, maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The airline operates sixteen Airbus A320 aircrafts, providing short and long-term services worldwide.
On offer is a long-term contract with minimum guaranteed monthly fees.

Role Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the EU
- Must be able to start from November 2025 onwards
- EASA ATPL with A320, IR/PBN ratings
- 3000 minimum on multi pilot aircraft
- 1000 minimum PIC hours on A320
- Must be current and recent on A320, ideally within 6 months
- ELP 4+
- Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with Part-MED requirements

- Technical Assessment A320/ATPL online – 50mins
- Online I/V – HR/FOPs
- x2 Online Psychological test (max 2 hours)
- SIM check – location EU, depending on availability. Flights and accommodation provided.
